Oh, BTW it’s vitamin D enriched milk or 2% reduced milk.

osteoperosis. Milk is great, but too much of anything good for you has the oppposite effect.

I called around, I talked to doctors and homeopath’s and chemists etc and they ALL confirmed my questions in regards to the dangers of milk..

Here’s a list! Dairy consumption has been known to cause:
excessive mucus.
constipation
acne
weight gain
bad breath
Lastly, milk is does not help you to lose weight. That IS a myth, a ploy on the part of the dairy industry, backed by our government because they are subsidizing both the meat and the dairy industries at this time.

Besides tasting NASTY, milk is loaded with fat. It causes all kinds of problems, especially in that huge excess. It’s NOT good for you, despite what the dairy industry tries to cram down your throat. Try soy milk, if you MUST drink “milk”. It’s vile tasting stuff, so I have no idea why you would WANT to. Better yet, switch to water.
